I grew up in the shadow of the Wasatch Mountains, in the vast expanses of suburban Salt Lake City, Utah. After 18 years I moved to the east coast. Where once epic mountains saw me through my day, now a city skyline fills that void. The grand scale of both the man-made and natural environment and the places where they overlap inspires me.

I attended Massachusetts College of Art and Rhode Island School of Design, receiving my BFA in sculpture. After finishing my degree, I stayed in Providence building custom bicycle frames at Circle A Cycles.

I now live and work in Brooklyn, NY.
